Worship: Our worship style is varied from week to week. Sometimes we will have a service that is chanted, other weeks we will have a praise team of musicians and vocalists, and at other times we will have a blend of hymns from early times of Christianity mixed with more recently written hymns and songs. We value having children in worship. Each service includes a “young disciples message.” We also broadcast the service into the nursery & fellowship hall. During December and the six weeks before Easter we have additional worship opportunities on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 PM, with a meal beginning at 5:15 PM in the church basement.

Holy Communion: We celebrate Holy Communion on the 2nd and 4th Sundays, and each Saturday that precedes it. Following what we find in the Bible (Matthew, Mark, Luke, Romans 3:23 and 1 Corinthians 11: 23 -32), we believe that we are all sinners needing God’s forgiveness. We believe God gives us forgiveness through the body and blood of Jesus Christ, which we receive with the bread and wine. When we celebrate Holy Communion, we experience the forgiveness of sins, bonding in the community of Christ, and strength for Christian living. All who have been instructed in the Christian faith and share our beliefs are welcome to come to the Lord’s table.

“ As often as you eat this bread, and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until He Comes.”
