Eldercare Locator Available on the Internet

This new online service can be accessed at www.eldercare.gov. The Administration On Aging’s nationwide Eldercare Locator services are now available 24 hours a day, seven days a week on the internet. Eldercare finds programs, and supportive services to help with the care of older family members. The website provides basic contact information about elder service agencies in the state and local areas requested by zip code. Eldercare Locator provides information about financial issues, insurance needs, legal matters, medical assistance, housing, nursing homes, assisted livings, facilities assistance with in home services, and help with checking on someone who lives alone.
